This intensive three-day seminar combines planning and direction with tasking and organization. The end goal is to teach the student to target and direct an activity against an actual trade show, obtaining potentially vital information.

Phoenix Consulting Group has set the standard in providing Business Intelligence training programs to the private sector. Based on experiences with commercial clients, Phoenix has further and more fully developed our Federal programs.
Students will learn the intelligence value of trade shows, symposia, scientific meetings, and other symposia. They will understand that the basic intelligence exploitation of such meetings varies little between the national and business intelligence communities. As they learn to target their activity toward an actual conference, they will also learn reporting and presentation requirements.
