Tactical Debriefing / Sensitive Site Exploitation Course (SSE)This ten-day course enables students to conduct a total exploitation of a tactical objective to include physical and human exploitation. It is aimed
at Special Operations and Conventional Military units that must take full advantage of all information
presented on a tactical objective for the purpose of preserving evidence, gaining operational information
for follow on missions, or reporting of tactical and strategic intelligence.

The SSE Course is taught by Intelligence and Special Operations background personnel with
expertise in All-Source intelligence, HUMINT, Collection and Analysis, and Special Operations.
The course is practical exercise-intensive and
includes role players. A final exercise combines tactical debriefing, i.e.,
human exploitation, on an objective during the conduct of an SSE. The
overall objective is to enable students to:
• use appropriate
tactical debriefing skills to quickly
screen personnel for further exploitation
• to use appropriate SSE methods,
techniques, and tools to quickly identify material on personnel on
an objective deemed worthy of
seizure and further exploitation.
Tactical debriefing and sensitive site
exploitation are skills that must be trained in tandem to achieve
maximum results. This course
develops these skills through
repetitive drills and a realistic final
exercise.
