1. The General Services Administration awarded Contract GS-07F-0684N to Phoenix Consulting Group on August 1, 2003. This five year contract vehicle:
* makes our Off-The-Shelf intelligence training courses immediately available to any Federal customer through our Course Catalog;
* provides access to customized professional development programs; and,
* augmentation by members of our intelligence and counterintelligence cadre to various Departments and Agencies in many reasonably priced labor categories.
Further, many customers find it very easy to make E-Buys through GSA Advantage, and utilizing our GSA Schedule
2. Other Contracting Vehicles: Phoenix Consulting Group has been issued numerous Basic Purchasing Agreements (BPA's) with a variety of Intelligence, Special Operations and other Federal organizations, which can also be used by other member agencies of those communities.
3. SDVO: Since the December 2003 Amendment to the Small Business Act which now provides for Sole Source Contracting and Restricted Competition for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned businesses such as Phoenix Consulting, both Federal and State governments can more expeditiously contract with us.
